Fun Facts About Maria

Hello, My name is Maria and I am the owner and photographer behind Maria B Photography Studio. I’m always excited to work with clients to help them create the look in their portraits they want others to see and more importantly, the way they want to see themselves.  My studio space is a converted factory that’s more than 100 years old and houses numerous artists’ studios. Clients are genuinely surprised to find a full service warm and comforatble professional photography studio in such a location.

When I am not photographing portraits – individual, family, couples, high school seniors, engagements, and weddings, I also photograph headshots through the parent company, HeadShotNJ. When I don’t have a camera in my hand, I’m writing, podcasting, or teaching others about photography, all while trying to keep my plants alive.

I love to travel in and out of the US, and immerse myself in the culture or vibe of people I meet. When there’s time, I return to my love of classic movies (think Alfred Hitchcock) or action/adventure, fantasy, or sci-fi. That’s right: I’m a Trekkie and a Star Wars fan.
