Bring a professional headshot experience directly to your office, corporate event, conference, networking event, or brand activation. Guests and team members can be photographed on-site and receive a selected professional image within minutes.
Custom pricing is based on event length, number of participants, delivery needs, location, and whether additional event photography or enhanced retouching is requested.

Office inauguration or event in which employees, ribbon cutting ceremony or other events are photographed. Same-day headshots are delivered directly to clients via Headshot Tools, and later, additional retouched images are also delivered.

Of course! You’re welcome to bring a friend or colleague if it helps you feel more comfortable. Just let me know ahead of time so I can prepare the studio space. Your guest can relax and watch TV or stream a movie while you’re in you’re session

I've got you covered. After you book, you’ll receive a simple style guide with outfit suggestions that photograph beautifully. You’re encouraged to bring 4-5 options, and we’ll choose together based on your brand, personality, and the message you want your photos to send.

You’ll review your photos before leaving the studio, roughly 20 minutes, and you’ll make selections of the two photos you believe best support your business. Retouching may take a few days but clients typically receive their photos within 7 days. If you need a rush turnaround, just let me know.

Believe my I understand. My job is to create a comfortable, easy atmosphere. I’ll guide you through everything—posing, expression, angles, posture—so the process feels natural. Just leave the thinking to me. Most clients lose their nerves and end up having a really good time.

I tell clients to plan for a total of 2.5 hours: hair and makeup is about an hour (my makeup artist is very fast so this is an over estimate), photos take about an hour, and then 15-20 minutes to select your favorites. I never rush the process—I give you time to settle in, warm up, and get photos that truly represent you. I don’t work on a clock.
